Commission balances accumulate in your affiliate dashboard and can be withdrawn once you reach the minimum payout threshold. Payouts are processed via the same payment methods available for purchases — Alipay, WeChat Pay or bank transfer. Check your dashboard for current payout schedules and minimums.

Yes. The 10% rate applies to every payment your referred user makes, including renewals and plan upgrades, for as long as they remain a subscriber. There is no expiry on referred accounts — a user who stays subscribed for three years continues to generate commission throughout that period.

No. The E-IX affiliate programme has no referral cap. You can share your invite link with as many people as you like, and each qualifying purchase generates commission independently. The more active your audience, the higher your recurring monthly commission.

A qualifying referral occurs when a user clicks your invite link, creates a new E-IX account, and completes their first subscription purchase. The referral is attributed to your link for 30 days after the initial click, so users who visit but do not purchase immediately are still counted if they return and subscribe within that window.
